Regys is involved in the proposed Quayside development project in Great Yarmouth, a major mixed-use development designed to strengthen the town centre and create a destination capable of attracting visitors throughout the year.
The emerging scheme includes approximately 120,000 sq ft of retail space, food and beverage, a budget hotel, multi-storey car parking and a major entertainment offer, including cinema and leisure uses.
