We communicate honestly, keep accurate records and avoid conduct that could undermine trust.
We treat people fairly and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or intimidating behaviour.
We consider the social, environmental and commercial effects of the advice we provide.
We raise concerns promptly, address mistakes and take responsibility for our decisions.

People and working relationships
We support an inclusive working environment in which people are treated with dignity and respect. Employment and project decisions should be based on relevant skills, experience, performance and business needs.
We expect safe working practices and do not accept forced labour, child labour, exploitation, bullying, harassment or unlawful discrimination within our operations or supply relationships.
Clients, suppliers and partners
We aim to appoint and work with organisations that share comparable standards of integrity and responsible business conduct. Selection and procurement decisions should be fair, transparent and based on appropriate commercial and professional criteria.
We expect relevant concerns about quality, safety, legality or ethical conduct to be raised promptly rather than concealed.
Environment and communities
Property and development decisions can have long-term effects. We seek to consider environmental performance, efficient use of resources, local context and the interests of affected communities as part of responsible project delivery.
Raising a concern
Anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may conflict with this code should raise the concern with their Regys Consultants contact. Concerns should be made in good faith and include enough information for the issue to be considered appropriately.
